  • Blackboard Access Update – Most Issues Resolved (Tuesday, October 20, 2026)

    Dear Students and Faculty,

    We are pleased to report that most Blackboard access issues have been resolved. However, a small number of students may still require additional assistance or special instructions to access Blackboard.

    Some students may also experience delays or issues with their registered courses appearing in Blackboard. Odessa College is aware of these remaining issues, and our team is actively working to resolve them.

    IMPORTANT: REPORT ALL BLACKBOARD ACCESS ISSUES USING THE FORM BELOW

    If you are still experiencing ANY Blackboard login or course access issues, please complete the Blackboard Course Access Issue Report.

    Please submit the form if:

    • You are unable to log in to Blackboard.

    • One or more of your registered courses are missing from Blackboard.

    • You can log in, but cannot access one or more of your courses.

    • You are experiencing any other Blackboard access problems.

    Completing this form is the most important step in getting your issue addressed. It allows our team to identify affected students, investigate individual problems, and follow up with specific instructions or solutions.

    Please do not assume your issue has already been reported. If you are still experiencing problems, submit the form so we can investigate your account.

    Coursework and Instructor Communication

    If your Blackboard access issues are affecting your ability to complete coursework, please notify your instructor as soon as possible. Grace and flexibility will be provided, as appropriate, for coursework impacted by these issues.

    If you can log in to Blackboard and all your registered courses appear correctly, no further action is required.
